Your deposit requirement is standard in the industry. Your $50.00 deposit amount is the same as the beer store and less than most other craft breweries. I have no issues with it. The beer is great

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased a 30L keg of the Balls Falls Session IPA and the staff at Bench do not disappoint! Within minutes of ordering a keg online I received a confirmation email that it was ready for pickup. I called the brewery just to verify as I have to travel from out of town, and sure enough the staff let me n is it was ready. Upon arriving at their “Hop Shop” the keg was just there waiting for me. The entire exchange was 30 seconds. Within an hour of ordering a keg online I was already home with it. Oh, and did I mention the beer is also incredible?
