Electro Banjo Kazoo is a mixed fermentation ale aged on Italian plums, blackberries, and Cabernet Sauvignon pomace, all grown locally in the Niagara region. It underwent an extended fermentation with brettanomyces yeast which creates a distinct character that will continue todevelop with age. Electro Banjo Kazoo pours pink-hued copper in color with a generous head of white foam. The flavor is vinous and tannic, with dark fruit and biscuit tones paired with the classic brettanomyces aromas of leather and funk.
